Visa Requests

Contact: mtgs911@aol.com

Click here for a list of countries that do not need a visa for travel to the United States. All other attendees need a B-1 visa (see 'Business Visa Center') to enter the United States.

If you require a visa, please request a letter of invitation from mtgs911@aol.com, preferably before July 15, 2009. Allow ample time for visa processing.

Please put "Invitation letter request" in the subject heading of your e-mail. Requests should include fax number, complete mailing address, your institution and a tentative title of the talk you will be presenting. If not presenting a talk, please say so explicitly, and list the abstract sorting categories that interest you. Invitation letters will be processed and sent via email. If a mailed copy is requested, please provide a DHL or Federal Express account number.
